As a Business Analyst, Teresa is responsible for writing detailed specifications for client and internal development and system enhancements, developing and maintaining internal and external knowledge-base documentation, quality assurance testing, and assisting with Service Desk tickets. Her passion for mental/behavioral health, education, and human services makes her a welcome addition to the Fidelity team.

Prior to her time at Fidelity, Teresa gained experience at a non-profit educational organization that provided professional learning, coaching, training, and technical assistance to educational entities in order to support all students succeed academically and behaviorally. During her time there, she excelled in communications and curriculum, evaluation, data management, and administrative services.
